Deposit / Guarantee Policies

No Show Guarantee: The amount corresponding to the cancellation policy will be charged. See the cancellation policy for your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

PAYMENT METHOD: A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost will be required as a guarantee for reservations that fall within the New Year's period. The reservations department will contact you within 48 hours of booking to request proof of payment.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Guests may cancel and/or change their reservation free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
