Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price via Pix or card in up to 10 interest-free installments with minimum installments of R$ 150.00, at any time after making the reservation.
In case of No Show:
The guest must pay 100% of the total price in case of no-show. The amount paid cannot be refunded or left as credit.
Cancellation Policies
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival.
Policy applicable on dates: 10/1/2025 - 11/19/2025Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival.
On other dates:Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
