Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price on the card in up to 6 interest-free installments with minimum installments of R$ 150.00, at any time after making the reservation.
In case of No Show:
The guest must pay 100% of the total price in case of no-show. The amount paid cannot be refunded or left as credit.

Cancellation Policies
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival.
