Cancellation Policies

PAYMENT METHOD: 50% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged as a guarantee for reservations made during the Carnival period. The reservations department will contact you to make this charge approximately 30 days before check-in.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Guests may cancel and/or change their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Guests must pay 50% of the total price in the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
