Cancellation Policies

METHOD OF PAYMENT: 50% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged as a guarantee for reservations that go through the Carnival period. The reservations department will contact you to make this charge approximately 30 days before check in.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Guest can cancel and/or change free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
