Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price via Pix or card in up to 6 interest-free installments with minimum installments of R$ 150.00, at any time after making the reservation.

In case of No Show:
The guest must pay 100% of the total price in case of no-show. The amount paid cannot be refunded or left as credit.
