Cancellation Policies

METHOD OF PAYMENT: 50% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged as a guarantee for reservations during the New Year's Eve period. The reservations department will contact you within 48 hours of booking to request proof of payment.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY: Guest may cancel and/or amend for free up to 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
