Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price via Pix or credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments with minimum installments of R$150.00, at any time after booking.

In case of a no-show:
The guest must pay 100% of the total price in the event of a no-show. The amount paid cannot be refunded or credited.
